DRY VALLEY JUNCTION, LLC CAMPGROUND RULES

CHECK IN TIME FROM 8AM UNTIL 11PM

PETS MUST BE KEPT ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE OF RV!

1. Camping fee covers occupancy of 4 people per lot.  One RV/truck or motorhome & one automobile.  Each additional vehicle or person is $10.00 per day.  Children under 12 are FREE.
2. Guest arriving on Sunday morning for race must pay to park.
3. No tents allowed on hook-up lots without permission from Rose. 
4. Before driving stakes into the ground, see Rose. (Buried cables and pipe)
5. CAMPFIRES-Small ONLY!  Absolutely no glass, cans or metal in campfires!  Firewood & ice is for sale at entrance to campground.
6. Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior and safety.  No child may be left unattended.  No children driving ATV/golf carts, etc., without an adult on the vehicle.
7. Use of site and other facilities/entertainment limited to registered guest only.
8. Trash must be bagged and placed in nearest dumpster to your sight.
9. Speed limit on campground premises is 5 miles per hour.
10.  No 4 wheelers/ATV’s allowed without permission from Rose.  Golf carts OK.
11.  PETS MUST BE KEPT ON LEASHES AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE THE RV OR PETS MUST BE IN A PEN WHERE THEY CANNOT GET OUT OR ANOTHER DOG/CHILD CANNOT GET TO YOUR PET.
12. Lock up your RV/auto/property before leaving it unattended.  Dry Valley Junction, LLC, owner, management and employees are positively not responsible or liable for any loss of any personal possessions or injuries to any occupant or visitor of any age, or damage to any vehicle/RV or personal property.  Registered occupant is responsible for their visitor, pet, or their property.
13. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES PERMITTED.  DRUG POLICY-ZERO TOLERANCE – Anyone suspected of possession of illegal drugs will be searched, both their person and possessions (RV/Auto).  Law enforcement officers will enforce this policy and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
14. RAIN DELAY – The Monday night after the race will be $25.00 per lot until noon Tuesday.
15. DVJ RV PARK owner assumes no responsibility should your RV/AUTO/ETC., get stuck.
16. FLAGS – Stationary pipe only 15 feet tall or less. Flags on vehicles – 8 feet tall or less, PVC pipe.
17. PAID DEPOSITS – If you need to cancel your reservation, deposits can be refunded before a 30 day notice prior to race day.  If you wish to transfer your deposit to the next race, it can be transferred ONE (1) TIME.  No refunds or transfers after that time.
18. DRY VALLEY JUNCTION RV PARK LLC OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT ANYONE FROM THE PREMISES FOR DETRIMENTAL (BAD) BEHAVIOR, CONDUCT AND/OR VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE LISTED RULES WITH NO REFUND OF CAMPING FEE.
19. Should you request assistance from the Dry Valley Junction Park Owner and/or its employees in parking or removing your RV, the Owner will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your RV and/or vehicle. The Customer is solely responsible for any damage to the Customer’s Rv and/or vehicle while on the Dry Valley Junction, LLC property.
20. You agree as the Customer, to supply a copy of these rules to everyone in your party or anyone who may visit you on the campgrounds and that you agree that you are responsible for all within your party and any visitors to your site.

OWNERS/OCCUPANTS OF RV’S AND GUEST ASSUME ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR SELF, CAMPER/RV AND POSSESSIONS.  I THE OWNER/OCCUPANT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE PRECEEDING RULES AND HOLD HARMLESS DRY VALLEY JUNCTION RV PARK, LLC, ITS OWNER OR EMPLOYEES, OF ANYTHING THAT OCCURS DURING MY STAY, WHETHER IT IS ACCIDENTAL, NEGLIGENCE, ACTS OF GOD OR ACTS OF TERRORISM.  (REV. 09-2018).
